We were not successful this year in meeting our goal of reducing bullying incidents in grades 2-5. The number of incidents in these grades went up 12.5%. We have a comprehensive bullying program in place based on the materials from the Committee for Children but there will always be bullying behavior. This data will be shared with staff during preservice week and hopefully we can figure out some ways to revise our program so that next year we can meet the goal of reducing the number of incidents.
