National Stress Out Week

This is the week the Anxiety Disorders Association of America (ADAA) encourages people to take time to relax and unwind.  They provide information to educate people about the difference between everyday stress and an anxiety disorder.  Stress is a response to a threat in a situation.  Anxiety is a reaction to the stress.
